Second Year Representative

The Second Year Representatives rotate between portfolios and lead select events throughout the year.

• Time Commitment: Approx. 5-10 hrs/week throughout the school year
• Term of Employment: September 2026 - April 2027
• Main Responsibilities: Generate interest in the club's events and programs, especially towards second-year students using your own creative outlets
• Shadow different portfolios and help where needed
• Contribute to the overall planning and organization of our events
• Attend weekly meetings and assist with other club initiatives as needed
• Qualifications: Cooperative, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve, strong communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong desire to learn and ability to quickly adapt to new skills
• Able to maintain close relationships with other exec members
• Prior volunteer experience is an asset
