Your role
As Senior Legal Business Partner
, you will act as a trusted legal advisor to DiliTrust’s commercial organization in the United States and Canada. Based in Philadelphia, you will support business growth by leading and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, while helping internal stakeholders identify practical and proportionate solutions to legal and business risks.
You will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Security, Finance, and other business functions. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on: you will manage negotiations directly, improve contracting processes, and help the business close opportunities efficiently while protecting DiliTrust’s interests.
