Qualities We're Seeking:

Energetic, personable, and empathetic
Passionate about early childhood education
Hardworking, very organized, and efficient at multitasking
Strong problem-solving skills with solid basic mathematics skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong memory and attention to detail
Motivated to problem solve, develop new systems, and grow with the position
Artistic creativity is a plus

Responsibilities Include:

Prepare enrichment program materials (arts & crafts, woodworking and engineering materials)
Manage the maker team to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs
Proactively plan to anticipate company needs, including ordering, scheduling, and implementing protocols
Maintain a clean and positive workspace while managing office space effectively

Requirements:

Familiarity with city navigation to perform occasional material deliveries
No experience necessary, but comfortability with operating power tools
Ability to stand, bend over, walk, etc., for long periods of time
Ability to lift 20+ lbs
