General Manager at Sud Stop Car Wash | LAYIQ

Bachelor's Degree Required - Business Administration Degree preferred. Associate’s Degree or equivalent hands-on management experience accepted.
3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar).
Demonstrated P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.
2+ years of management experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate hourly teams.
Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning tunnel equipment.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications
Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods in various weather conditions outside
Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
Experience in a leadership role at a car wash is highly preferred. We seek someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.
WORK SCHEDULE
We're open
7 days a week. 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
The General Manager's work schedule will be
Tuesday through Saturday.
Salaried Team Members will expect to work 50 hours per week; however, the workload may require the Team Member to work more or fewer hours per week.
