Health and Safety Director to lead and strengthen safety across our service, construction, warehouse, fleet, and office operations throughout Texas.
This role is ideal for a visible, practical leader who builds trust in the field, turns safety requirements into clear expectations, and helps teams perform their work safely and successfully.
What You’ll Do
- Lead TCS’s companywide health and safety strategy and programs
- Maintain programs aligned with OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926, customer, and insurer requirements
- Build a visible field presence through jobsite visits, inspections, observations, and coaching
- Partner with operations on safety plans, job hazard analyses, pre-task planning, and high-risk work
