As a Senior Marketing Advisor, you will act as an expert advisor in all items related to marketing at Compass. You will execute new marketing initiatives, create custom marketing requests, and develop strategies for the mid-to-high-tier customers you work with. You will coordinate across teams to drive regional impact by owning workstreams & projects alongside Agent Experience, Luxury, PR, and Design to create value for our agents.
As a senior member of the team, you will also drive culture and collaboration by sharing best practices, driving clarity, and mentoring junior team members.
