Product Designer
Technology & Experience Practice, Software
West Monroe is seeking a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join our Technology & Experience practice within the Software discipline. This role sits at the intersection of product design, software, and AI, helping clients solve complex problems and create intuitive digital products and experiences, including those enabled by AI and agentic capabilities.
You will translate business and user needs into thoughtful solutions, define how people interact with products and AI agents, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring them to life. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in product and UX design, a consulting background with direct client-facing engagement, and hands-on expertise in AI-enabled and agentic design.
