Are you passionate about delivering exceptional executive technology experiences? We're looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our Executive Support function across the Americas, combining strategic leadership with hands-on engagement to ensure senior executives receive a seamless, high-touch support experience.
As the regional lead, you'll manage and develop a high-performing team, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive service excellence across the executive population. You'll play a key role in translating global strategy into regional outcomes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of service, operational resilience, and governance.

This is a fully office-based position, requiring five days per week onsite to provide visible leadership, foster strong executive relationships, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional support.
What you'll be doing:
Service Delivery & Operations
Lead the delivery and performance of Executive Support services across the region, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience and a culture of continuous improvement.
Translate the global Executive Support strategy into effective regional operating plans, service standards, and delivery frameworks.
Serve as the senior escalation point for critical executive technology issues, providing leadership, stakeholder management, and resolution oversight during high-impact incidents.
Drive adoption of service processes, support methodologies, and operational best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
Own regional service performance, ensuring Executive Support services consistently meet business expectations and agreed service levels.
Oversee the management, governance, and lifecycle of executive technology assets and inventory.
Lead the regional delivery of executive technology initiatives, including executive onboarding programs, technology enhancements, and service improvements.
Partner with global leadership to shape and influence the Executive Support strategy, operating model, and future service roadmap.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and business leaders, acting as a strategic advisor on executive technology needs and priorities.
Ensure regional compliance with technology, security, risk, and governance requirements.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Executive Support team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, ownership, and service excellence.
Own workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and organizational design activities to ensure the team is positioned to meet evolving business needs.
Establish clear performance standards, development frameworks, and career growth opportunities that drive consistency and operational excellence.
Build and maintain specialist expertise across executive support disciplines, including audio-visual technologies, collaboration platforms, mobility solutions, executive onboarding, and executive event support.
Service Governance & Continuous Improvement
Own regional service governance, reporting, and performance management frameworks, providing visibility into service performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Use service data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and enhance the executive technology experience.
Proactively identify recurring issues affecting executive stakeholders and implement sustainable solutions to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence through root cause analysis, service reviews, risk management, and long-term corrective actions.
Provide governance and executive oversight for major incidents, critical service issues, and priority requests, ensuring effective communication, resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence across the Executive Support function.
What you'll need:
Proven people leader with a track record of building, developing, and inspiring high-performing support teams, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
Significant experience in technology support, service operations, or executive support environments, including significant exposure to supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, and board-level stakeholders.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior leaders, and confidently operate within executive environments.
Experienced in leading teams and managing stakeholders through high-pressure situations, critical incidents, and executive escalations with professionalism and composure.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly professional, discreet, and trusted, with sound judgement, integrity, and the ability to operate effectively in confidential and sensitive business environments.
Strong understanding of executive technology services, including endpoint support, collaboration platforms, mobility solutions, audiovisual technologies, executive onboarding, and executive meeting and event support.
Analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to leverage data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive service innovation.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
