Why you should join the AML Compliance Analytics team
At Adyen, growing responsibly and protecting the financial system is core to how we scale. The AML Compliance Analytics team, a specialized unit within the Second Line AML Compliance team, provides global oversight of Adyen’s transaction monitoring framework and owns the risk behind it.
You’ll work at the intersection of AML typologies, data, and analytics: independently challenging the First Line, shaping Financial Economic Crime (FEC) risk scenarios, and defending our controls to Model Validation, Internal Audit, and global regulators. In a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, you’ll help a framework that is under continuous refinement stay ahead of emerging financial crime threats.
