Our Service Team consistently strives for service excellence. Service Associates work with our Service team and provide support to our Financial Advisors. This role goes beyond day-to-day client support and requires a strategic approach to managing client needs, improving service processes, and supporting our financial advisory team in delivering best-in-class financial guidance.
You will bring extensive experience in financial services, excellent relationship-building skills, and a commitment to improving the client experience at every interaction.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role based out of our Walnut Creek, CA office. The hourly rate is $34.60- $35.58.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as an initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to their needs via phone and email.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating client appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and accurately.
Process client requests, including transactions and paperwork, in line with firm policies and procedures.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve client account issues, transfers, and general service requests.
Support advisors with client-related documentation, ensuring all forms are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Provide notary services for client transactions as required.
Maintain up-to-date client records and help ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems.
