Hospice Executive Director at BAYADA Home Health Care | LAYIQ

A current, active RN or other professional clinical license
A four-year college degree
At least two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience
Experience leading a hospice operation or a high-volume healthcare operation
; hospice experience preferred
Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, employee relations, and operational management
Sound clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality patient and family care
The ability to build community relationships and lead a team through growth and change
Comfort using technology in a fast-paced healthcare setting
