- BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced full time home health
Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home health visit teams in northeast Massachusetts. We are offering bonus incentives for some territories.
We are currently hiring for multiple full time roles, including:
- Field RN Case Managers in the following primary locations: Somerville, Medford, Malden
- East Boston, Winthrop, Charlestown
- Salem, Lynn, Danvers
- Lynnfield, Reading, Woburn, Wilmington
- Rowley, Newbury, Newburyport
- Start of Care / Admissions RN- requires experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting, with OASIS documentation
- RN Preceptor- requires experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting, with OASIS documentation
You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
