This position is 100% remote-based in Great Neck, NY; telecommuting required; may work from anywhere in the U.S. No sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and professional growth; drive the strategy and execution of the solutions consulting function to support sales goals and revenue targets; collaborate with other directors and VPs to align team efforts with sales strategies, ensuring effective solution positioning and consistent value messaging across the customer journey; provide strategic input on product development and enhancements based on market feedback and customer needs; oversee the end-to-end pre-sales engineering process, including discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, and proof of concept development; ensure Solutions Consultants are effectively identifying client pain points and tailoring solutions to address specific business challenges and financial objectives; partner with sales account executives and their leadership team to create compelling business cases that demonstrate the value and ROI of our FP&A SaaS platform; work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to post-sale implementation, ensuring customer success from day one; foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance executives and technical teams, to understand their needs and ensure our solutions meet and exceed their expectations; monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Solutions Consulting team, identifying opportunities for improvement in win rates, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction; and report on team performance, project outcomes, and market trends to senior leadership, offering actionable insights for business growth and client engagement.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a social science field, plus 18 months of experience in a solutions consulting or pre-sales role working with Netsuite integrations in the finance industry.

What We Offer

Compensation - $129,896 to $198,694 per year.
