Who we’re looking for We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work alongside our VP of Finance & Operations. You will run the meetings where leadership makes its decisions, build the material that goes into them, own the projects that do not sit naturally with any one team, and make sure that what gets decided actually happens.
The job is deliberately broad, and that breadth is the point. This is a development role; built to give you a complete picture of how the business runs and to prepare you for other roles across the company over time. You will see how decisions get made at every level, and you will have a hand in most of them.
The test we are hiring against is a simple one. If the VP is away for a week, can you run the key business meetings, keep decisions moving, and leave people confident that they were dealing with someone who speaks for the function?
