Looking for a maintenance job where you can use your skills, stay busy, and work on real industrial equipment? D&L LLC is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our Apple Grove, WV operation!

You’ll work in an industrial environment helping keep equipment, HVAC systems, and facility operations running safely and reliably. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting problems, fixing things the right way, and seeing the results of their work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, HVAC, and electrical-related issues
• Diagnose problems and determine the best course of action for repairs
• Assist with equipment installation, repairs, shutdowns, and general maintenance
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair work
• Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Respond to maintenance needs and help minimize equipment downtime
• Work as part of a team while also being comfortable working independently

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams for HVAC service diagnostics.
• Experience using meters for HVAC service diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls is a plus.
• Hands-on experience servicing chillers, air handlers, and air systems is a plus.
• Experience with general building automation controls, including systems such as Trane, Carrier, and York, is a plus.
