As a Senior Network Services Specialist, you will maintain a highly technical inter-network of computing systems that require 24x7 operation environment.
In this role you will:
Design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise firewall platforms.
Design and support secure B2B connectivity solutions for customers, vendors, suppliers, subsidiaries, and business partners.
Engineer and support secure remote access solutions for employees, contractors, and external partners.
Administer and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Client Connector environments.
Support enterprise security architecture and infrastructure security initiatives.
Develop standardized troubleshooting methodologies that consistently result in timely resolution of system issues.
