Airgas is Hiring for a Compressor Maintenance Lead in Dallas, TX!
We are looking for you !
Responsible for the technical leadership of the compressor maintenance team, ensuring the high-quality execution of scheduled and predictive maintenance, and serving as the primary technical resource for field technicians and regional companies.
Technical Field Leadership: Direct on-site supervision for multi-stage compressor overhauls and peer mentoring to elevate technician performance. Lead the hands-on execution of complex maintenance and overhauls for high-pressure systems.
