- Job Title: Costing Manager - Teva Footwear
- Reports to: Director, Costing
- Location: Goleta, CA or Portland, OR (Hybrid)
- Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday
The Role
As the Costing Manager for Teva Footwear, you’ll oversee the product costing process for assigned brands and categories from initial concept through final prototyping and sales samples. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure products are cost-effective, commercially viable, and aligned with seasonal margin targets.
Leveraging your manufacturing knowledge and cost engineering expertise, you’ll proactively identify cost risks and opportunities, provide actionable margin analysis, and deliver clear cost visibility throughout the development cycle. You’ll also build and refine costing tools and reports to drive efficiency and improve decision-making, while mentoring others and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
