C2C4C Rides and Corporate Affairs Strategy & Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb | LAYIQ

Program Management & Operational Execution
Work in close partnership with the current C2C4C program management lead to translate C2C4C strategic priorities into integrated communications plans, project timelines, deliverables, owners, and execution milestones.
Coordinate across Corporate Affairs, market teams, agencies, event partners, rider leads, patient advocacy partners, and business stakeholders to ensure communications planning is fully integrated with broader program planning and execution.
Support program governance through clear communications inputs, leadership updates, agenda development, action tracking, issue escalation, and alignment across workstreams.
Partner with the Global C2C4C Program lead on multi-million dollar program budget planning, with accountability for communication-related budget planning and vendor/agency coordination for communications-related program activities, ensuring resources are aligned to highest-impact priorities and coordinated with the broader program budget.
Development of Global Toolkits
Develop and own the global messaging strategy and narrative architecture for C2C4C, including executive positioning, messaging frameworks, FAQs and global communication toolkits to drive consistent storytelling at scale.
Ensure materials are audience-centric, globally relevant, and adaptable for local markets.
Story Architecture & Content Development
Lead the integrated communications strategy across all U.S. and global markets where C2C4C takes place, ensuring storytelling, executive engagement, media, digital, internal communications, and live moments are connected to the program’s strategic priorities.
Contribute to program planning and governance by bringing communications strategy, stakeholder insight, narrative priorities, and reputation considerations into decision-making forums.
Define and execute the content strategy for patient, rider and employee storytelling that drives measurable engagement and amplifies business impact.
Own the creative vision and production strategy for video and multimedia content, directing internal teams and/or agency partners to deliver best-in-class storytelling assets.
Ensure storytelling reflects the company’s values, purpose, and commitment to patients and communities.
Media & External Engagement
Develop and execute local and national media strategies that position C2C4C as a flagship corporate program with measurable reputational impact, in partnership with Corporate Communications leadership team.
Lead development of strategic media narratives, proactive story angles, and spokesperson platforms that drive sustained media coverage and external credibility.
Accountable for spokesperson strategy—partnering with the Global C2C4C program lead to identify, vet and prepare riders, employee advocates, and senior executives for high-profile media and speaking opportunities, in close partnership with the Corporate Affairs media team.
Internal Communications
Collaborate with Internal Communications leadership to design and execute employee engagement strategies that drive participation, pride, and cultural impact.
Drive clear and compelling internal narratives that reinforce purpose, pride, and participation.
Execute internal communication cadence and campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment between operational updates (e.g., rider application, update, training and other announcement emails) and broader narrative/branding priorities.
Digital & Social Communications
Partner with omnichannel team to define social and digital strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and brand impact across owned and earned channels
Drive integrated paid and organic digital strategies, allocating $ resources to optimize performance and return on investment
Own executive communications strategy for social media, positioning senior leaders as authentic voices for the program and crafting high-impact content
Events & Live Moments
Define and lead the integrated strategy and execution plan for signature C2C4C moments, to ensure communications plans are aligned with operational plans, timing, logistics operations, and leadership engagement.
Serve as communications counsel to executives participating in C2C4C events, shaping their engagement strategy and preparing them for high-visibility moments.
Partner with C2C4C program lead to ensure ride-related milestones and logistics are reflected in participant communications, leadership touchpoints, and live-moment communications through a disciplined execution plan.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Partner with the Global C2C4C program lead to establish the measurement framework and KPIs for C2C4C, with ownership of communications and reputational impact measures.
Drive continuous innovation in the communications approach, leveraging insights, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to maintain program leadership.
Use insights, stakeholder feedback, and post-event learnings to improve program design and future ride planning in partnership with the Global C2C4C Program lead, and to continuously improve communications effectiveness
