Bristol Myers Squibb is building a leading Neuroscience franchise focused on addressing areas of significant unmet need across serious neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Director, HCP Marketing – Long Term Care Strategy to join the US Neuroscience Commercial team supporting Alzheimer’s Disease Psychosis (ADP).
This role is a critical driver of our Long-Term Care (LTC) go-to-market launch strategy, responsible for uncovering key LTC customer insights and identifying marketplace needs to maximize access, increase education around diagnosis and treatment, and build a consistent approach to engaging key LTC customers — including professional associations, pharmacy organizations, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities, memory clinics, and LTC HCP treatment influencers and decision makers.
This role will support the investigational indication (Alzheimer's Disease Psychosis – ADP), which is currently under development and has not yet been approved by the FDA.
The Director, HCP Marketing, Long-term Care (LTC) Strategy will report to the Alzheimer’s HCP Lead and drive the development of the overall long-term care market strategy of the brand while leading the management and execution of LTC marketing tactics, plans and activities to promote the brand to LTC healthcare stakeholders.
This role is responsible for customizing materials and resources for the LTC market, while ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy, and regulatory standards. This marketer will deliver impactful communications that meaningfully engage key LTC market stakeholders and will play a key leadership role within the marketing team.
This role will partner across key internal cross functional areas (i.e., field leadership, regional marketing, medical, regulatory, legal, compliance, market access, customer experience, marketing operations, training, sales, etc.) to execute the marketing programs and tactics identified in the brand and launch plan.
Compensation
Princeton - NJ - US: $196,950 - $238,661 
 The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
