Required Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles, techniques, and industry standards.
Proficiency with civil engineering software and design tools.
Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients and communicate technical information effectively.
Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to travel up to 15% , including occasional overnight travel.
Education & Experience
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience required; 6+ years preferred .
Experience managing civil engineering projects within a consulting engineering environment.
Experience with site development, grading, stormwater management, water and sewer design, and permitting processes preferred.
