The Associate Director, Auto Verifications provides strategic and operational leadership for the Auto Verifications team, ensuring quality, service, productivity, and fraud prevention standards are consistently achieved. This highly visible role leads and develops managers, drives continuous improvement, and partners across the organization to strengthen controls, improve the dealer and customer experience, and support the growth of the Auto Finance business.
In the Role
Lead and develop managers responsible for Auto Verification operations, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
Establish and monitor performance, quality, service, productivity, and fraud prevention standards.
Partner with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and business leaders to identify trends, address risks, and improve performance.
Develop and strengthen verification processes and controls to support changing business volumes, credit cycles, and regulatory requirements.
