Account Resolution Specialist at OneMain Financial | LAYIQ

Education - High School diploma or GED
An in-depth understanding of collections and negotiation skills
Strong negotiation skills to resolve escalated calls
A high degree of self-management to successfully prioritize workday
Excellent communication, persuasion and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
Preferred
Collections / Call Center experience strongly preferred
Sales experience is desirable
Location: Evansville, IN – In Office
Business hours are Monday through Thursday 7A-7PM. Friday 7AM-5PM, and Saturdays (closed first Saturday of the month) 8AM-12PM.
Schedule requirements are 1 night a week until 7PM, 1 Friday a month until 5PM, 1 Saturday a month 8-12, and a flexible schedule thereafter
