Verification Specialist at OneMain Financial | LAYIQ

High school diploma or GED
1 year of customer service experience
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Customer-focused with an investigative mindset and sound judgment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Technical aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred: Experience in financial services, consumer lending, loan processing, verification, underwriting support, fraud review, or related fields.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with performance and service-level goals.
Location: On site in Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6a-8p AZ time (7a-9p Daylight Savings time) and Saturday 6a-1p. The schedule is 40 hours per week within hours of operation, which includes up to 3 Saturdays per quarter.
