Collections Specialist at OneMain Financial | LAYIQ

High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously
Skilled at achieving and exceeding goals
Preferred
Experience working in customer service, collections or call center environments
Bilingual: Spanish
Work Schedule: Hours of Operation
Mon- Thurs 7:00 AM-8:00 PM; Fri 7:00 AM-7:00 PM; Sat 7:00 AM-11:00 AM
The schedule is for 40 hours per week within the hours of operation , which includes at least one Saturday per month, one late Friday and some extended hours at the end of each month.
Training Schedule: The first two weeks in the role will be spent in an instructor lead classroom training environment, followed by two weeks of hands-on training with experienced Team Members to ensure success.
Location: Onsite - Fort Mill, SC
