STV is seeking a Project Scheduler - Aviation to join our PM/CM group to support one of our aviation clients onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
The TDIP Scheduler shall report to the TDIP Project Controls Manager. The TDIP Scheduler shall be ultimately responsible to develop and maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, as required for the Terminal Development & Improvement Program. These schedules may incorporate several scenarios used to finalize construction sequencing and contracting plans.
These projects may include but are not limited to: Airline Terminal Improvement projects, Airport Service Improvement projects, Terminal Development projects and Asset Renewal.
Position Description Summary
Participate as integral member of an owner’s program and project controls team, being directly responsible for scheduling multiple, interdependent projects of a large scale ($100m+ in value). Work collaboratively with other elements of the owner’s team, including project managers, construction managers, other controls discipline leads, and claims staff to monitor, report on, and negotiate issues on assigned projects. Review designer and contractor submitted schedules and perform analysis as needed.
