Key Responsibilities: Serve as a technical lead and project manager on an assortment of projects throughout the region. Assess the existing team talent, build skills in the group, add staff as necessary to grow the practice. Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage people, their development and a plan for improvement to be the best, while supporting business objectives.
- Lead environmental engineering and design projects. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the practice, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead or support project teams as the Project Manager/Design Manager and deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
- Develop some level of consistency throughout the New York metropolitan region and so that work may be shared seamlessly while promoting innovation, digital delivery and technology.
