This position will support the delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects for data centers and serve as the on-site safety leader responsible for promoting a culture of safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. This position will support the delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects for data centers and serve as the on-site safety leader responsible for promoting a culture of safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
The safety manager acts as a trusted advisor to project leadership, contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders, ensuring implementation and enforcement of project-specific environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs. This individual will lead safety planning, compliance monitoring, incident prevention, investigations, training, and risk mitigation efforts across all phases of construction.
