Position Responsibilities
Help create engaging training materials, including classroom, e-learning and video content for Uline's sales team.
Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to create clear, effective learning experiences.
Build your instructional design skills working with industry-leading learning and content development tools.
Develop support resources such as product knowledge assessments, job aids and training communications.
Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify learning needs and future topic opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree. A great opportunity for recent grads!
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
