Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Atlanta, GA office.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
- Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
