Job Summary:
Telesitters are responsible to remotely observe, document, and communicate patient safety concerns in the patient setting via video monitoring.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Continuously observes activity and behavior of multiple patients at a monitor station utilizing telesitter software to ensure a safe patient environment.
Verbally redirects patient over digital 2-way audio device that is in the patient room. Immediately summons the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance.
