Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager assumes leadership accountability and responsibility for shift operations, as well as supervision and support of those providing patient care.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Supervises the day-to-day operations of clinical case management and consultative services at Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital.
Develops, implements, and monitors compliance to ensure standards of practice for patient care.
