The Arbitration Specialist will handle disputes and issues arising from auctioned vehicle transactions, including assessing claims, reviewing documentation, and making impartial decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of auction processes, vehicle valuation, and arbitration procedures. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispute Resolution : Manage and resolve disputes between buyers and sellers concerning auctioned vehicles. Review claims, analyze evidence, and make fair and unbiased decisions. Documentation Review: Examine auction records, vehicle condition reports, and other relevant documentation to assess the validity of disputes and determine appropriate resolutions.
