The Copart Hybrid Title Express Specialist will r eport onsite up to 4 times per week to complete various roles. Responsibilities include assisting auto insurance companies with the, procurement of vehicle titles and title paperwork, working with financial institutions and vehicle owners, analyzing and resolving issues related to aged or obsolete inventory, and handling and resolving high-priority or complex customer inquiries and complaints received via email, p rint, prepare, and organize special transfer letters for insurance
companies, accurately sign and notarize transfer letters in compliance with legal and company requirements, package and mail documents in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met. There will also be additional projects such as cross-training, assisting the training department as a Subject Matter Expert when necessary, and tracking and reporting common trends within your daily workload.
