Title Express Office Manager - Hybrid

This role operates in a hybrid capacity with up to 4 required on-site days weekly at the managers discretion. Under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager or Operations Manager, the Office Manager will serve as an Inventory Management–Focused Office Manager, accountable for overseeing specialty processing workflows and delivering measurable reductions in aged and delayed inventory.

In addition to core Office Manager responsibilities, this role places a strong emphasis on operational execution, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the timely and compliant movement of assets.

The Office Manager will analyze inventory trends, identify barriers to progression, and implement targeted action plans to resolve exceptions. This position requires a proactive leader who can drive accountability, support team development, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize performance and achieve key operational metrics.
