Position Summary
The CTU Manager leads the daily operations of Copart's Centralized Title Unit (CTU), overseeing title processing for a single location while ensuring compliance, accuracy, productivity, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for leading and developing the CTU team, driving operational improvements, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to support business objectives and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the CTU, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vehicle titles and ownership documents.
- Manage, coach, and develop Title Supervisors and Title Specialists, establishing clear performance expectations and accountability.
