Job Description
Nightwing is searching for a Technical Trainer for a large, dynamic program area. The Technical Trainer is responsible for collaborating within a team environment to develop all aspects of training including training development, applicability (do the classes meet real world objectives), SME integration (are the right instructors involved in the training), standardization (is the developed training material consistent training courses) and working with instructors to ensure they have the appropriate tools to complete classes conducted
