Full-Time Availability Requirements: Maintain open availability at least five (5) days per week, averaging 32 hours or more per week based on business seasonality.
Have no more than two (2) days off in the same Monday-Sunday workweek.
Limit scheduling restrictions to no more than three (3) days per week: Only one (1) restriction permitted Friday-Sunday.
At least one (1) restriction must be time-based.
Employment and ongoing assignment at the World Trade Center are contingent upon an employee's successful completion of, and continued compliance with, all security requirements established by the World Trade Center and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, background screening, security training, photo identification, fingerprinting, and other security-related procedures. Failure to obtain or maintain required clearance, credentials, or compliance with applicable security policies may result in reassignment, removal from the worksite, or other employment action, up to and including termination of employment, subject to applicable law.
