We are looking for a Machinist Inspector to join our Summerville, SC location.
Your Responsibilities:
The Machinist Inspector conducts inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality, cleanliness, and endurance. Inspection responsibilities include expertise in dimensional measurement of tight-tolerance machined components.
Additionally, the inspector will support in-process, material receipt, and pre-shipping inspections with broad criteria covering cleanliness, dimensional conformance, verification of material properties (e.g., hardness testing), and packaging.
