Site Engineering Manager at Hargrove and Associates | LAYIQ

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
8+ years of relevant industrial experience.
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
Experience supporting operating chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, pulp & paper, power, or other heavy industrial facilities.
Strong understanding of engineering project execution within an operating plant environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and complex resource demands.
Strong working knowledge of engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, equipment databases, plant systems, and technical records.
Proven client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Strengths
Ability to identify technical and resource gaps and implement practical solutions.
Experience supporting engineering onboarding, workforce development, and technical knowledge transfer.
Understanding of project schedules, budgets, engineering productivity metrics, and resource forecasting.
Track record of collaborating effectively with engineering, operations, maintenance, construction, project management, and project controls teams.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
