The Renewable Operation Center (ROC) is seeking a highly analytical, detail oriented, and self motivated intern with a strong interest in renewable energy to support Xcel’s rapidly growing renewable generation fleet. This role offers hands on exposure to real time operations, data driven decision making, and site performance optimization across utility scale renewable assets. The intern will work closely with ROC Operators and the ROC Analytics team to support daily operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
