Project Description
This internship will be embedded within Xcel Energy’s Renewable Operations organization, supporting performance improvement initiatives across Solar, Energy Storage (BESS), and Wind assets spanning all three operating regions. The intern will contribute to identifying performance gaps, improving operational consistency, and supporting reliability initiatives across a diverse renewable fleet.
