VP, Technology Head of Delivery at S&P Global | LAYIQ

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications
20+ years of leadership experience delivering large-scale technology programmes in complex, regulated environments, with accountability for platforms, teams, budgets, and business outcomes
Extensive experience delivering and operating mission-critical technology platforms within banking, capital markets, or other highly regulated, high-availability environments.
Strong technical expertise across system integration, distributed architectures, cloud, data, security, and operations, with the ability to assess and challenge technology designs and delivery approaches.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale vendor ecosystems, technology investments, and modern engineering practices, leveraging automation, AI-enabled delivery, and disciplined commercial oversight to drive efficiency and business value.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, risk management, resilience, and performance engineering, including capacity planning, recovery, and operational controls
Hands-on technology leader with the ability to balance strategic oversight and operational execution, confidently engaging in delivery planning, solution reviews, and critical incident management.
Strong commercial and operational acumen, capable of balancing speed, risk, cost, and investment trade-offs while driving predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
Proven people and stakeholder leadership, with a track record of building high-performing teams, developing delivery leaders, fostering accountability, and influencing executive, client, and regulatory audiences through credibility and clear communication.
