Head of AI Product Transformation, Enterprise Solutions at S&P Global | LAYIQ

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications: An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 12+ years of experience in senior product, transformation, strategy, technology, or business leadership roles, ideally within financial services, enterprise software, data, analytics, or workflow solutions.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled product development, agentic workflows, automation, data-driven decisioning, and how emerging technologies translate into practical client and business outcomes.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation across Product, Technology, Revenue, Customer Experience, Operations, Data, and partner ecosystems.
Experience working with senior clients or partners to understand workflow needs, shape solution concepts, and build scalable offerings that create measurable value.
We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience shaping AI strategy and value creation in a complex enterprise environment, including prioritizing where AI can improve client workflows, strengthen differentiation, and drive productivity.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect AI investment decisions to adoption, retention, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term competitive advantage.
Pragmatic judgment on what can be responsibly built, governed, scaled, and monetized.
Highly collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align clients, partners, and internal experts around shared outcomes.
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to turn complex AI concepts into clear business narratives, product priorities, and transformation plans.
Able to understand global market trends and translate them into a long-term vision.
Leads a highly visible business area, region, or important business process and can determine priorities, establish broad plans and processes, whilst connecting with the enterprise strategy.
Operates at a significant level of complexity and ambiguity within the area of expertise.
Recognized as thought leader/subject matter expert both externally and internally.
Provides subject matter expertise, strategic oversight, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams and initiatives.
Provides strategic and innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
Not only remains current on market trends and best practices but is an influencer in the market. Applies this understanding of the market to institute methodologies, standards, etc..
Partners with cross-functional organizations and businesses to influence and build strategy.
Able to articulate complex ideas across functions, levels, and cultures both internally and externally with the ability to negotiate effectively and agree on solutions.
Able to define strategies to create sustainable long-term solutions reflecting the needs of the business whilst influencing stakeholder buy-in of those upwards and around them.
