Senior Sales Specialist – Credit Risk Solutions (Corporate Market) at S&P Global | LAYIQ

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications: An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in financial data, risk solutions, SaaS, or corporate treasury/risk technology.
Demonstrated success exceeding $1M+ quotas in complex solution sales.
Deep understanding of corporate finance and credit workflows (customer credit, supplier risk, working capital management) .
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline .
We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Strong executive presence, able to engage at CFO and Treasurer level .
Consultative selling approach with proven ability to map client needs to tailored solutions .
Exceptional ability to build consensus across groups with competing priorities and leverage networks for strategic alignment, demonstrating strong collaboration.
Superior communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas, adapt communication style, and negotiate effectively across various internal and external audiences.
Highly adaptable, capable of making difficult decisions and responding effectively to changing circumstances while identifying and minimizing risks.
Demonstrates creativity and new thinking to develop innovative, data-driven solutions with a long-term perspective.
