Encapsulation Operator
Position Summary
Work Schedule : Rotating 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7 AM EST, operating on a two-week cycle. Week 1 includes Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 includes Wednesday and Thursday.

As an Encapsulation Operator, you will contribute to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical softgels, gaining hands-on experience with multiple technologies and equipment. You’ll also collaborate with the on-site Product Development team to support new product innovations.
The Role
Operates and maintains up to two encapsulation machines, covering up to four during breaks.
