Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Qualify prospects by identifying needs, pain points, and decision criteria
- Effectively present Protech’s services and value proposition to drive conversion
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targets
- Drive service upsell opportunities and proactively communicate relevant service notifications to customers
- Accurately document all interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide ongoing feedback on lead quality, customer insights, and messaging effectiveness to improve overall sales performance
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a high-activity environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
