Business Analyst
Job Description:
HITT is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team designing and building HITT’s proprietary project software platform. This platform will support critical business capabilities across pricing, budgeting, financial management, and related processes.
This is a hands-on role for a meticulous, business-focused BA who can translate business needs into clear requirements and help drive solutions from concept through delivery. The successful candidate will work directly in the system, gather requirements, support QA and testing, clear blockers to keep development, builds, and releases moving , and flex into project management responsibilities as needed — including driving test cycles, tracking timelines, and coordinating dependencies.
