Work Shift:
12hr-B Shift (United States of America)
The line maintainer will trouble shoot line equipment, perform machine repairs, and set up and adjust line equipment for production in Altium's plants.
- Comply with OSHA and company safety and hygiene standards
- Set-up and adjust equipment to produce bottles
- Perform machine repairs and overhauls as directed by supervisor
- Ability to start up, shut down and trouble shoot all line equipment
- Perform necessary machine adjustments to ensure production meets customer specification
- Ensures proper lubrication of all equipment
- Maintain checklists and complete reports as required
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Keep assigned work area clean and orderly
- Participate in plant team improvement program
- Provide break relief as directed by supervisor
- Maintain minimum tool requirement for BMT
- Other duties as assigned
Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
- HS graduation required
- Minimum of 2 years as a Blow Mold Technician
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
