Position Overview
This position represents a precision capability insertion aligned to PCI's next phase of commercial maturity in the Advanced Drug Delivery (ADD) space. As part of a strategic expansion of commercial capability, this role is designed to accelerate growth within injectable device assembly by enhancing pipeline quality, improving Phase III capture rates, and strengthening PCI's ability to secure integrated clinical-to-commercial programs.
Operating as a solutions advisor and opportunity architect, this Product Sales Director (PSD) will function in close orchestration with Development & Manufacturing (D&M), Clinical Trial Services (CTS), and Commercial Sales teams, reinforcing a unified "One PCI" market approach while preserving existing account ownership structures.
